Colony Homes was founded in 1987 in Shippenville, Pennsylvania. Colony is one of the largest producers of manufactured (HUD Code) and modular homes in the Northeast. Colony Homes is a division of The Commodore Corporation, an industry leader in manufactured housing with roots dating from 1952. Colony Homes has provided over 27,000 families a new home.
