The more people do a thing, the better they are at it. We want to be the best. That’s why we focus completely on sales and installation of modular and manufactured homes.
There are two distinct phases of working with us. The first is a casual, no obligation conversation to find out how we can help you. Assuming all goes well, we’ve answered your questions and you’re happy, we start the formal part of getting you into your new home!
Initial Appointment
we do these things:
1. Help define your priorities for the home
2. Browse the lot to show you the range of possibilities
3. Provide a quote for the options you selected

When You’re
Ready To Go
we do these things:
1. Work with you and your lender to facilitate the loan process (optional)
2. Order the home from the manufacturer
3. Get all required building permits
4. Prepare the building site work – grading, driveway, well, septic, powerlines, foundation…
5. Inspect the home upon delivery and handle any issues with the manufacturer
6. Install the home on its foundation
7. Connect the building components, electricity, plumbing, HVAC…
This phase usually takes from 3-6 months. The biggest factors that affect the timeline are the manufacturer’s schedule and weather. Securing funding is usually quick with the vendors we work with, but if you have it lined up ahead of time, that’s great too.
